Rx-info Training 2021
Posted in News, Publications
We are pleased to announce this year’s Rx-info training sessions, for NHS system users. Given the current situation with Covid-19, we are following advice and not travelling around the country this year and will again be offering virtual online sessions instead because the feedback from last year was excellent. In 2020, we trained more people than the previous 6 years put together ensuring that we are reaching more pharmacists and enabling more people to understand and get value from the system.
Rx-info captures all secondary care medicines usage data from Acute, Mental Health, Specialist and Community Trusts. The training is designed to help users understand how the data is captured, standardised and processed, and to help you get the most out of the information both clinically and financially.
This Spring, we will be offering the following training options:
Tuesday 11th May – 2pm – Data Capture & Quality
Wednesday 12th May – 10am – Intro to Define & Basic Reporting (England)
Wednesday 12th May – 2pm – Data Capture & Quality
Thursday 13th May – 10am – Intro to Define & Basic Reporting (Northern Ireland)
Wednesday 19th May – 10am – Q&A – England
Wednesday 19th May – 2pm – Q&A – NI
Thursday 20th May – 10am – Q&A – Scotland
The sessions will be hosted virtually on Microsoft Office Teams; you will be sent a link to open in your browser (Google Chrome seems to be most reliable) 24hours beforehand. For any of your pharmacy colleagues wishing to attend, please submit details (24hours before the requested session) via the form available at: https://www.rx-info.co.uk/support/training-events/. These sessions are aimed at professionals working in NHS secondary care settings.
If you have any questions for the Q&A sessions, please email [email protected].
