Spring 2025 Define Training sessions – customer feedback

A big THANK YOU to those who left feedback following our Spring 2025 Define Training sessions. Below is a summary of the feedback and our response:
- Targeted sessions/breakout rooms/shorter more frequent sessions – This is a common theme from feedback past and present and although we see the value in this, unfortunately being only a core team of 7 at this moment in time we do not have capacity to introduce additional sessions. We are however committed to supporting you in gaining the most from our products and have a vast range of materials, such as videos and user guides on the support tab on our website to help you do this. If you are still struggling and would like help with a specific query, please drop us an email at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to assist you.
It was great to hear so many of you enjoyed the sessions and the many ways in which Define assists you, our customers, in performing their roles.
